The Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases has upheld the lower court's ruling in favour of the Bangkok governor and his senior staff for not changing the name of Sutthisan Vinitchai Road back to Inthamara Road. The family said the order was to revert the road's name back to Inthamara within 180 days of the court's order. The failure to implement the change amounted to negligence of duty, which the family argued was grounds for submitting the case to the Central Criminal Court of Corruption. The lower Central Criminal Court for Corruption, however, dismissed the case, saying the governor and his staff did not commit negligence of duty, according to Krissada Inthamara. The court said City Hall had surveyed opinion, in line with the Administrative Court order.
